  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no cost if the request is made before the order is processed and shipped.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return subject to our Refund/Return Policy.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order before it is shipped, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the cancellation.
  • Our team will confirm the cancellation status and process any applicable refunds within 1-2 business days.

Note: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed, whichever is earlier.
